A lovely and private location, this pristine condo is located on the beautiful and historic Old Church Place property on Pacific Street in downtown San Luis Obispo. One of four attached homes behind a charming old church that now functions as private offices. An excellent downtown SLO location, close to everything yet quiet and relaxing.
This luxurious newer unit features a spacious open concept living, dining and kitchen area up the stairs on the 2nd level with beautiful wood floors, quality stainless steel appliances, powder room and a charming balcony for enjoying views of the surrounding hills. The 3rd floor is home to a large soothing master suite with Queen bed, sitting area, walk in closet, full bathroom and convenient access to the interior laundry. On the ground level you will enjoy the attached single car garage, beautiful entry, 2nd bedroom with a very comfortable queen futon bed and desk that can double as work space (if desired) and 1/2 guest bath.
